Working Principle of PE Jaw Crusher:

In large particle rocks processing line, the jaw crusher will break the huge stones into small stones. The first working machine is called as the primary crusher machine. When feeding materials into jaw crusher machine, the large particle rocks will be put into jaw crushing capacity from the top entry. This crushing works are completed by the stable jaw plate and the mobile jaw plate. The electric motor will drive the eccentric shaft and make it move up and down, which will make the mobile jaw plate have periodic cyclical movement to the stable jaw plate. These two plates will crush materials into smaller size when they are close to each other. At the open state, the rock materials will be discharged.
